Ambassador Program Overview
Aim
The aim of the Ambassador Program is to provide assistance to the APMF 2010 Organising Committee to increase the attendance of international and local delegates at the Meeting. Ambassadors are becoming involved in the development and marketing process in order to promote the Meeting as best as possible.
Your Role
Your role is to build and maintain relationships with contacts in your region and profession, providing them with all important Meeting information and to be an active part of the promotion of an excellent scientific program
Your Responsibilities
Your responsibilities as an Ambassador include:
- Marketing the Meeting in your region
- Encouraging your colleagues to register for the Meeting
- Obtaining a list of relevant conferences in your region and providing this to the Meeting Managers
- Seeking organisations to sponsor and/or exhibit in collaboration with the Meeting Managers
- Hosting the country/industry representatives during the Meeting

Remember the Meeting Managers, arinex pty limited, are here to help you! They are able to provide you with new information assist with advice on particular promotional opportunities and generally provide all the support you need in your promotional quest.
In addition, arinex will track your activities to be able to see new areas for promotion and update the Committee on the excellent work of the Ambassadors. So please advise them of events you have attended, mailings undertaken, brochures distributed, assistance provided by other organizations and all general activities.
